The route
Six stages, one line.
Each stage hands material to the next in a known condition.

Material receipt
Inbound loads are weighed, booked in and recorded against the supplier, with material condition noted on arrival.

Material is separated by type and condition, with non-target fractions removed before processing begins.

Controlled processing prepares recovered aluminium into a consistent feed for densification.
